Sprouts Bean Mix Organic Seeds (LG)

Sprouts Bean Mix Organic Seeds (LG)

Vigna angularis var. angularis, Vigna radiata var. radiata, Lens culinaris

Item #7812

An important part of Asian cuisine for thousands of years, adzuki beans, mung beans and lentils are enjoyed worldwide for their versatility and robust nutrient profile that is rich in vitamins, minerals, protein, and fiber. Sprouted legumes are even easier to digest than cooked because they contain more enzymes and less starch.

Sprouting is as easy as 1-2-3! Simply soak your Bean Mix seeds in water for 8 to 12 hours, place them in your sprouting container, in a warm area (70°F), and rinse at least twice daily for 2 to 3 days until the roots have just begun to show. See inside the packet for more information about growing sprouts.

Sprout Seed Safety: A sample from each seed lot we receive is sent to an independent laboratory where it must test negative for foodborne pathogens including Escherichia coli (E. coli), Salmonella, Listeria, and Staphococcus aureus (Staph). Although disinfecting sprouts is not necessary, if you choose to do so, visit our Learn & Grow article on www.botanicalinterests.com for suggested disinfection methods.
